Suspicious Supplier

Be warned. I had a few questions about a product which were answered promptly, when I suggested I'd call rather than backwards and forwards with messages, I was informed they only work over WhatsApp. I was told I would not need to register the product that I bought from them as it was a lifetime key. This raised concerns and I very politely asked the person I was interacting with, telling them that I did not mean to be rude, but needed to ask if this was an authorised version. The response I got was downright rude, telling me to rather purchase somewhere else and then I was blocked. Looking at their website and the price of the products they advertise, I would be very skeptical of purchasing ******* software.
