Unauthorized debit

Since the end of January, Soft Pay keeps on trying to debit R89 off my account, which I have no clue what it is for or agreed to anything and I've put a stop order against is and now again today they've just changed their reference and tried to take another debit order of R89 again.<br> <br> How can people just take money off your account without you giving them any consent...
