Bad company to deal with and worse attitude in the industry

This company has the worse attitude and has no respect for people. We are a reseller and get 20% discount when we order , they wont accept eft as it needs to clear in their bank and even when you do a direct payment they say its not cleared, When we pay with a credit card the remove our 20% discount. When something breaks you have to bring it in as it all carry in and they find all the excuses not to cover the warranty. Also if you buy a dough roller you will wait up to 6 weeks for parts and they wont give you a loan unit to give your client. My brother goes in on Monday they accept the credit card on Tuesday my driver goes in with the same credit card and they refuse the discount of 20% because its a credit card. What bank charges 20% more for a credit card transaction. The bank should remove their machines or perhaps they being ******s.
