Unprofessional and *********

Bought a brand new 32 mincer machine from them for our butchery. The machine did not even work for 2 months before it broke down. When the machine was returned under warranty, we were informed that the part was not covered under warranty. We paid for repairs and bought another new machine again under warranty so that we had a machine whilst they were fixing the machine. This machine worked for less than a month and also broke down. Again the part was not covered under warranty. Of these 2 machines that we returned 3 times for repairs which we paid for, not one is in working condition and nothing on the machines fell within the warranty? What is the purpose of buying a new machine if you have to spent in excess of R2000 for repairs within a month not even to mention the loss of sales that we as a butchery encountered because we could not mince or process meat to sell in our butchery. They were rude and unprofessional from date of our first purchase. No after sale service and terrible customer service.
