Dress ruined, management awful

I took a dress in to be dyed and Sofisticlean ruined it. They were spectacularly rude and unhelpful, treating me like a ******** and insisting that I pay for the job anyway. The manager refused to give me the owner's details. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm left with a dress that's ruined and out of pocket. Don't use them!
