I being the property owner of 50 Argyle St Woodstock 7925. In December 2015 was approached by Mr Lee Da Silver stating that he is a newly established estate agent rental company and is interested in renting or selling my property. I opted for the rental as I do not want to sell my property right now. I asked for the website and registration details and was told that this is still in progress and will be advised when it is up and running. He viewed the property and said he will rent the property from me to sublet it to his clients as well as renovate the property to his standards. I received a two year lease agreement which he signed and I handed him the keys. I removed some of the old furniture which I had no use for and which he was not going to keep. Prior to this I had the house painted both inside and outside put in new plugs and light fittings new wardrobes. The agreement was that I would receive Dec/Jan rent on 1 January 2016. This rental is still outstanding. On 13 Jan when I had not received payment I asked that he return the keys if he has no intention of paying the rent. On 16 Jan he returned the keys to the friend from whom he collected the keys.SAP Case number 388/1/16
