Disgusting service

Disgusting service! I placed an order for couches 11/04/2019, for which I paid cash and in full on the same day. I was told it would take a maximum of 3 weeks to manufacture. Today, after 2 weeks I called to follow up on the progress of the order only to be told that the fabric will only be available in July!! This is unacceptable, how is it possible that it takes almost 4 months to get fabric from somewhere in Europe to South Africa? Why was I not informed of this delay immediately?? I am really disgusted by this service.
