No communication and bad after client services

Is not nice to give bad reviews but sometimes companies just don't give you a choice but to do so.

I bought a beautiful sleeper coach from Sofa *****s, 54 Industria Ring Road in Parow early January 2024. With the delivery there was problems already but I let it go I thought it was a once of thing.

However towards the end of January i saw the coach is sagging on the one side. I contacted Rafeeq via WhatsApp and send him pictures. He read my messages but didn't reply. about a week later i followed up with another WhatsApp again no reply. I eventually told him i am disappointed in their client after care services and lost a client and potentially more clients in future. I will not recommend them to anyone.

After this he message me to say he was not in the office and will get back to me the following day this is 20 days later and i am still waiting.

I eventually found one of his sales ladies advertising on Facebook and left a comment under the post. She rep**** and i got a price for a high density foam pillow for the coach and she advised me i can bring the coach back it is still under guarantee. I asked her to please quote me on collecting and delivering of the coach again as i don't have a vehicle to transport an almost 2m long coach to Parow. She was also to get back to me on when the pillow can be collected after the 26th. As you can guess..... I am still waiting. I don't want anything for free i am offering to pay. Doesn't this company want money??? Must be because Mr. Rafeeq Norman boasted about the sales they made in December 2023 and gave us quite a big figure so i guess clients like myself carry no significance to a company that makes millions.
