Bad service delivery

I placed an order for furniture to be made 7November 2017. I was told that it would take 7 to 20 days to complete my order. It has been over a month with no guarantee. I have paid half of the amount of the order. Promises keeps on being made that are not kept. And if the lady doesn't feel like it she just doesn't answer you. Was promised delivery Thu or Friday and again no one showed up. Be carefull people, I'm not sure if I am going to receive my goods at all. And it was meant as a Christmas gift :(
