Take Note of the after class service!

I had a good in class experience and The lady insured us if she can help with anything afterwards we can just pop a WhatsApp and she will help as as son as she can.

I requested the recipe for the class I attended as I had left mine at home and were 7 hours away from home, she requested an additional R350 since she updated the recipe. I said that I don't think this is fair give that I already paid R1800 for a 3-4 hour class that was quite rushed as she had to get he child from school and couldn't make any other arrangements.

I also didn't want the updated one just a p[hone bad quility picture of the original as I already purchased it for the class never did she say if you lose anything you will need to pay this much for 1 recipe, I mean R350 for 1 Recipe???

I was not rude with her once and she had sent me the rudest voice note that stunned me as a client. she then went and blocked me.

Her classes is really good but, just be aware the aftermaths and asking for anything she is with pricing take note nothing of her help is free after you walk out of the class

Dear Simone,

Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate you acknowledging the quality of my classes, as I take great pride in providing a valuable and enriching learning experience for my clients. However, I feel it's necessary to address some inaccuracies in your review to provide clarity.

Firstly, I strive to support all my clients even after the class has ended. In fact, I have previously assisted you with requests for help after hours without any additional charges, which demonstrates my commitment to excellent customer service.

Regarding the recipe you requested, it’s important to note that my business operates under specific terms and conditions. These terms outline that any additional materials, updates, or replacements—such as recipes—are subject to a fee. While I understand your frustration, the updated recipe you requested included additional details and refinements that were not part of the class materials you originally received. This is why a fee was quoted.

Additionally, I must address your comment about the class being rushed. My classes are designed to balance learning and hands-on practice, and while unforeseen personal circumstances do arise, I make every effort to ensure that clients receive the full experience they paid for.

I was surprised to read your claim about a rude voice note and blocking. I always communicate with clients professionally, and any decision to end communication comes only after ensuring all reasonable efforts have been made to resolve concerns.

I value every client and am committed to maintaining a respectful and transparent relationship.

Kind regards,

Reviewer Update
Thank you for your response. However, I must clarify that I never requested an updated recipe, nor was I aware that there was one. I simply asked for the original recipe provided during the class.
I am also disappointed with the tone of our recent phone conversation. When I raised my concerns, I was told that my review would be removed by HelloPeter and then the call was abruptly ended. This level of communication does not align with my expectations of professional business etiquette, and I would appreciate it if we could address this matter respectfully.

I found the tone of the voice note to be unprofessional and rude, which was surprising considering our past interactions. My intention is always to address concerns respectfully and constructively, but I felt that this was not reciprocated in this instance. Ending communication after such an exchange left me feeling unheard, and I believe that this could have been handled more professionally.

After reflecting on our interaction, I have decided that I do not wish to pursue any further communication with your business.

Regards
Simone
