Stay away! You are wasting your money and will be treated like a toddler!
The owner/presenter of the course was extremely rude. She told us to ask questions, but ignored you or made a remark on your question, rather than answer you. All the photo's on her Facebook page, shows people with 8 or more cupcakes and designs, but when she had given us 7 cupcakes, of which two, we were told to do the same design and the last to do as we pleased, she told us to come for the group photo, because we were finished. You are also told on her page, that you receive a set of piping heads. What you are not told, is that these are not the one's she has just (supposedly) taught you to use, but a random set, that is sponsored for her. So the little you are taught, you cannot apply at home. The course cost R1500, lasted only 3 hours and we went home with 7 cupcakes and a set of useless piping heads.

This specific course is a beginner-level bouquet piping class. A standard beginner bouquet consists of 7 cupcakes. The purpose of the class is to teach foundational piping techniques — not mass production.
Before students pipe directly onto cupcakes, significant time is dedicated to preparation and repeated practice. This includes piping bag preparation, pressure control, hand positioning, and technique repetition. These are essential building blocks. Once a beginner masters these core skills, they can confidently go home and pipe as many cupcakes as they wish.
For many beginners, 3 to 4 hours of focused, hands-on technical training is already intensive and mentally demanding. The class is therefore intentionally structured to prioritise quality skill development over quantity.
Questions are encouraged during the session, and structured guidance is provided throughout. In addition, follow-up information and support are sent after class to assist students in continuing their practice at home.
