I had ZERO knowledge on cake baking and decorating, but this helped me tons! I never understood why my cakes always came out with a bump, until Charmaine taught me and corrected my mistakes. The quality of the cakes and equipment that we used were impeccable. I’ve been there three times already for a cake and sugar art class, cupcake piping and royal icing cookies class, and I enjoyed it every time. It was extremely hygienic, and there were snacks like cupcakes and macarons set out for us to nibble on. Everyone felt so comfortable in class. We all made mistakes, which were corrected by our hostess, Charmaine. In class, we focused on doing our best, and Charmaine motivated us whenever we felt like we couldn’t do it. I am grateful for the service and advice I received and I highly recommend for anyone who struggles with cake baking and are looking to start their own business. Thank you, Charmaine!
