Totally misleading advert on Booking.com

The Booking.com site showed that a restaurant was available. Upon arrival we wanted to book dinner only to be told the man taking the orders had already left for the night. We had to order some food for delivery, which was an out-of-pocket expense. The Booking.com site also stated that a shuttle was available to the airport. When trying to book the shuttle, we were told that one driver was not in area and the other one's phone was off. We had to book a taxi for the airport, which was another out-of-pocket expense.
