Disgusting Service From Soeteweide North BnB in George

Am absolutely horrified at the disgraceful level of service received from Mr C Watson and his staff at Soeteweide North B&B in George. We were coming down specifically to visit a very dear friend on 5th January who was very ill, but sadly she passed away on 22nd December. I sent through a letter of cancellation immediately as we would no longer be travelling to George. I have had to follow up by phone and by email and still have not had the common courtesy of a reply or received my deposit refund. Simply ignoring me wont make me go away either. This is so sad and extremely unfair that I must deal with the passing of my friend and your revolting behavior. I will not ever recommend Soeteweide North BnB.
