Soetdorings: DIRTY and Misrepresented on Website

I have booked accommodation at Soetdoring Country Estate in Polokwane based on the photos on their website. The accommodation was confirmed with Rita and unfortunately paid up BEFORE we arrived. We arrived on 05/04/2015. The website misrepresents the true state of the accommodation. The chalet was dirty (lots of dust, a cigarette but and a broken ash tray under the bed) and in a bad overall condition. Old carpets in the bathroom, dirty basin in the bathroom and old linen on the beds. Rita also assured me that Soetdorings is only a 10 minute drive from the Polokwane golf course (we were there for a SA golf tournament), but it turned out to be 14 km through city traffic. I have sent an e-mail explaining why we did not stay there and I requested a refund. But no surprises......I have not heard a word from them.
