Soetdorings Country Club Worst Place Ever

Soetdorings Country Club is nothing like it says on its website! The accommodation is dirty, cobwebs and spiders, dusty, bed linen and towels are old. Tea making facilities, pathetic, a few loose teabags is placed in a bowl, open for flies to sit on, two sachets of coffee and two sachets of milk powder for four guests! The swimming pool in green and full of algae. The owner, staff and bar patrons smoke inside the bar, so for a non-smoker this is a terrible place to be in. We paid for 4 nights but only stayed for 2 because it was so horrible. We asked the owner Peet for at least one nights accommodation to be refunded, which he agreed to, but still waiting on the refund. They don't reply to your emails and delete you from Facebook if you comment about the refund.
