to have my name removed under debt review

in 2010 I app**** for debt administration with Soer consultanices,which is a law firm to help me the application. I have been trying to get hold of them in order for them to remove my name and am not getting any response from their firm. I have called and have sent countless emails to them.<br> <br> I have paid most of the creditors and am only left with two of which now I can manage them. I have asked them what is the procedure to have my name removed and I have never got an answer. the contract was initially for five years and right now they are still debiting my account
