very dirty

The chalets is so dirty. They don't clean floors. Don't clean dishes. The bedlinen looks like it has been on the beds for weeks on end. Spiderwebs everywhere. Dead insects and dust underneath the beds. For the price you pay per day to stay in these chalets is unacceptable. Cleaning staff very rude. Say they do not understand you. Braai broken. Logs on steps loose
