Terrible Service

<p>I currently work in a building where the canteen is run by Sodexo. It is unfortunate that the easiest accessibility for food is here which is run patheticly. Most of the employers from the office have refused to use this canteen because of their poor service and bad manners. For me, yesterday was the last straw. At approx. 14:45 I headed to the canteen to grab a late lunch due to being in a prolonged meeting. Dudu, the lady at the canteen was present so I asked her for a toasted chicken and mayo sandwich. Dudu proceeded to tell me "No, cant you see I am cleaning, Lunch is over." I said ok then can I speak to your manager. This is where her approach to me changed and she said "I am joking with you, if you came at 3 then I wouldnt have made it." So I pushed it aside and she proceeded to make the sandwich and joke with me. I had asked for green chilli in my sandwich. When I got back to my office with the toasted sandwich, I find that it was layered with a ridiculous amount of chilli that no normal person could ever eat. Please note that I have ordered this add on onto the toasted sandwich but it was never like this. A clear sabotage, bad attitude and terrible service from your staff. A suggestion that when looking for staff, hire people who are passionate about working with customers and that are passionate about doing their jobs so that it gets done properly. I dont know how many more people have had these kind of issue with your staff but it needs to be addressed.</p>
