IRP5 refusal

<p>My sister was employed at Sodexo and she cannot recall the years she worked there. She guessed that she might have worked there in between 2011 and 2012. Now she is working as a teacher and she had to apply for her tax return at SARS and upon application, she was asked for an IRP5 from her previous employer of which it was Sodexo. She spoke to a lady called Philile who reffered her to Lindiwe for assistance. Lindiwe indicated that they cannot assist her since she does not appear on the system. I then requested on my sister's behalf that she writes a letter to SARS indicating that my sister worked with them and they cannot find her records but still she refused. Can you please assist.</p>
