Total disregard for paying customers

Traded my old gas bottle in in December for a new on since you can't refill them anywhere. It cost me R140 in total for a bottle that is supposed to produce "Up to 40l". That works out to a kingly some of R350/kg for gas. A complete ******* to start off with. I used the bottle and managed to make a whopping 10 litres of soda before the gas ran out. I have posted on your facebook page, to which you have never bothered to reply. So, I commented on one of your posts and you responded by saying that you think it may be a faulty bottle, that I should send you an inbox message so you can rectify the problem. I did that... on the 7th of February. A week ago, I commented on the same thread where you told me to inbox you to remind you that you needed to respond to me. To date I have heard nothing so the only conclusion I can draw from this experience is that you you couldn't give a continental **** about the people that support your company and that we should find an alternative means of getting sparkling water. In the grand scheme of things, I can buy Valpré sparkling for cheaper than I can make my own with your ridiculous products.
