SODASTREAM - USELESS AFTER GUARANTEE

Sodastream have sadly become a gimmic, and an expensive one at that. Once the guarantee period has passed there are no longer any services offered for repairs .. you are told to discard your machine which was purchased for anything from R1 300 to Whatever the top of the range now costs. This is totally unacceptable, and yet, nowhere can I find this information at suppliers, warning unsuspecting customers ? This is pure daylight ******* !
