Sodastream out of 60lt gas refills

I emailed Sodastream on 24/01/2020 about getting no 60lt refill gas bottels in Durbanville/Belville area. I was informed that they have a shortage but will contact me as soon as they have stock. 3 days ago I send another email concerning the 60lt gas refills since I have 2 that needs to be replaced so I can give it to my sons in the boarding school to have access to sidastream colddrinks. This is rather pathetic being such a huge company. All the shops I phoned did not have stock
