Sodastream is the best!

I bought a Sodastream Jet Start Kit through Takealot. I bought it as a gift to give to my sister for her birthday. Unfortunately the bottle cap was not in the box. I contacted Takealot several times trying to explain but they were unwilling to assist me. They advised me that the product needed to be returned in 7 days, however I did not open the package as it was a gift. I tried explaining to them but they kept on telling me they unfortunately cannot help me. i was so upset by their bad service. I contacted Sodasteam directly on Monday and they were just amazing! They sent me a bottle cap plus a bottle and I received it one day later. You don't get better service than this! I would just like to thank Sodastream (especially Ansu Warrington at Customer Care) for their amazing assistance, friendliness and service. Thank you for making my day!
