SODASTREAM CALL CENTRE DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE

I have upgraded my Sodastream machine from the blue to the pink. I have an empty blue cylinder on hand which I'd like to have repurchased. Pick n Pay refuse to take the cylinder back. I have called the Sodastream toll-free telephone number ***)on several occasions to no avail. I'd appreciate a reply.
