Soda Stream machines are very unreliable and life of machine is very short

Don't waste your money buying one of these machines. They stop working very quickly. I bought a 2nd Soda Stream machine after the first one packed up, and this second machine has never made the water very gassy. Having just replaced the gas bottle, the machine now doesn't work at all. When you loosen the gas bottle slightly a continuous flow of gas comes from the gas bottle. So the machine is rendered useless.
