Refreshing customer care!

Too often I fault a company. However how refreshing is it when a company goes that extra mile and actually shows how much it cares for their customers. I wrote to Sodastream. They resolved my query, they followed up with my query and then they checked up with me a few weeks later to ensure that I was satisfied. This is a company I will continue to be loyal to just because it showed empathy and genuine care.
