Quick to sell but no customer support or refills available

What a useless company. I have been to every single supposed stockist of refills in my suburb (that's 12 shops) and not a single one has model 60 cylinder refills in stock. They say that there are always major stock issues with Sodastream. I have tried calling customer care but there is no answer either. Why sell a product that uses consumables that you clearly can't supply?!?
