pathetic customer care

<p>I bought a brand new soda steeam machine January 2016. The machines life span was just one gas bottle. Then the plastic nut of the machine which holds the little hose in place could not withstand the preasure if the gas broke in 2 pieces. I lost the till slip so i could not take it back to the store. so i emailed sodastream about the faulty product. yes they would send the part but wanted me to fork out more money for the part. SODASTREAM IS ALL ABOUT ****** PROFIT FOR JUNK. Their customer care is pathetic. So i gladly dumped their ******* in the bin. when i told them that they were quite happy to keep quiet and not even a ****** sorry. sodastream can shove their products where the sun dont shine. i know i am wasting my time as sodastream dont even respond to customer complaints. </p>
