Old prize

I had won a sodastream competition last year and won syrup packs. These syrup packs were already expired and had me disgusted by the fact that they had the audacity to send someone old things. I was emailed a few months after I had complained on facebook and the person who emailed me had stopped after I made a joke and had also told her my sodastream machine had been broken and discarded of. I learned that sodastream is really bad at handling complaints (clearly and also that they don't care what they send their consumers. I will not replace my machine and think that in the future they should be sure of what they send out to people because if I had not checked the expiry date and gotten sick well let's just say I could've sued.
