Old and new cylinders.

I can understand the need to improve design by making the new quick fit cylinder machines, however to not have an exchange system in place at the retailers to swop old cylinders for new (I have 3 old and had to purchase a new machine as my old one broke) means that they are penalising the loyal established customer base - what a terrible marketing decision.
