No Soda Stream Customer Service

I have a Sodastream machine, a few years old. Something pop out and now the gas blow out op top. I mailed Sodastream to ask for a service centre. No reply. So decided to phone them, the person answer the call half asleep cannot talk into the phone untilI I tell him I cannot hear him. Then tells me Soda Stream have no service centres, which means if your machine is more the 2 years old and something breaks throw it away. Really throw a R1200 + machine away after 2 years. According the google my machine might be a flow pipe that popped out (something minor). But throw it away.
