Extremely poor service delivery

Placed a an order on the website 18 days ago and still have received my parcel . Their delivery rate is 7-10 working days . Nobody has called me to advise on the delay with delivery . Each time l phone l speak to the same consultant who always has issues with her computer . I stay 40 minutes away and they haven't delivered ??? #shocking
