Excellent service from Sodastream

After looking at the number of complaints against Sodastream, I was not looking forward to dealing with them. I needed a part for my machine. I spoke Ansu, who said they had the part and I asked the cost? She said there was no charge. I went to their office in Irene, met Ansu and she sorted out my problem with no fuss, also giving me some insight to their product - well done to her. May I also suggest that before you complain about Sodastream being without gas, you consider that your retailer might not have ordered timeously - just saying. . . Martin B
