Can't maintain supply of refills

Their 'retailers' are perpetually out of stock of the gas so what they're really selling is an expensive paperweight. I had originally thought it was poor management by the retailers not ordering in time but have come to discover it's actually the distribution that is inept. Don't bother buying one – the only guarantee is disappointment.
