zero customer service

Two weeks ago I went to socrati mall of Africa. The lady who assisted me reassured me she will order the size show in Brooklyn and she will call na k nothing happened I went back there on Tues and guess what she did not order the show no one knew anything about my size. I then bought another shoe and Insisted the call to find the shoe it was sold out. I went back against week Thursday to buy another shoe no size I paid and they promised me They were getting it from Menlyn. A week went by no call not sure what is going on. I paid last week Thursday
