Terrible and disgusting service

Disgusting service at Socrati in Sandton. Today was my birthday and my husband wanted to spoil me with pairs of shoes. She took me to Socrati in Sandton at Nelson Mandela Square. When we got there I knew exactly what I was looking for five pairs of stilettos and two flats, pumps or fashionable sneakers. When we got there we spent 20 mins waiting to be attended as I was looking for a specific size for different pairs. We were the only customers in the shop during mid morning. The lady on counter was busy on the phone gossiping about her life and other people life etc. We waited until we decided that we don't have time for such nonsense service and went to another shop where value of our money and time was worth it. You will honestly think that in this economic crisis shops like these value customers and especially their target market....clearly not.
