Poor service at its best

QUERY :<br> <br> I would like to lodge a complain about a boot which I bought about 3 yrs ago. The boot has always been kept in it's original packaging and have not been worn for about a year and now it is peeling off when I tried to wear it two days ago. Unable to attach pictures as proof.<br> <br> These (Dumond -DUM3111) boots were expensive R2200.00 and would like to know if the boot's manufacturer could investigate my claim.
