Poor service at Chris hanni mall

I'm very unhappy with the service my cousins and I received at Chris hanni mall branch from your stuff, it's very unfair we were told not in soo many words to take our society account we wanted to open with you guys.. If you don't train your stuff to work professionally with clients then I suggest you close the branch clearly employees don't know what they doing, we were **** to that a guy by the name Sizwe Dhladhla who tried to hide his name tag when he noticed me writing it down apparently he's the one dealing with customers when branch manager is not around which I'm very certain is a lie.. And that lady who works by the help desk was very rude, well she always is rude and shouts at customers and unfortunately for us we went somewhere else as instructed this is bul**** and if I'm unattended to i will take further steps.
