Unreliable app and processes. Terrible customer Service

I have struggled with service from soccermom. Websiye and app don't talk to each other, customer service is atrocious and the app has technical glitches that make it unreliable. Firstly to get a driver was a nightmare. I had to keep following up with the organisation after I had already paid 2 of their subscription fees. Eventually they assigned me a driver. I was asked to book trips for the whole year on the app in order for a driver to be assigned which I did as I am using this service to transport my daughter to school every Monday. The lady did 1 trip for me on Monday the 7th of March and then I was informed on Saturday that they have assigned her to another job that runs everyday of the week because my jobs end in April and is only on Mondays. I was very shocked because I had app**** for someone for the whole year. That is when we discovered that their app has a flaw. Despite me booking for the whole year. It only shows 7 trips at a time. Today is Sunday and my daughter needs to go to school tomorrow and no one is responding to me. What makes it worse is that they said R400 monthly subscription gets me a dedicated driver and premium service. I have paid R1 200 in subscription fees and only gotten 1 trip from their so-called premium service. For a company that transports people's children and is supposedly run by mothers, I thought soccermom would be more professional and meticulous in their operations as any small error could mean a child is stranded.
