Soccermom Cape Town: Unreliable, unreceptive, disorganised

I have been a driver for Soccermom for a few months as an extra job. I have had problems with them from the beginning - starting with their non-functional (not user friendly) website that cannot perform basic functions: pages have to be reloaded several times to carry out one simple task, a general lack of continuity in functioning etc. I've had to have several back and forth conversations with the team because there was something wrong with the website and I could not log a trip properly and most conversations were non-receptive to my struggles. The problem has escalated to the point where I am not getting paid the full amount owed to me. Every month I've had to beg to receive full payment. Payment comes in drips and drabs so that it is hard to keep track of your income. It is now the third week into the next month and I have only received 1/5 of what was owed to me the previous month...I have attempted to make contact 3 times on this issue and have received no response. As anyone can imagine, it is extremely stressful having to consistently fight to get what is owed to you. All 3 families I have done lifts for have agreed with the unprofessional and disorganised manner of this business.
