Mancosa created a channel of communication with students, but they don't bother to review and respond on it.

Mancosa has designed a channel of communication for students in mancosa portal , but during lockdown level 5 ,they failed to review or respond to the that communication.I have took a month to prepare my assignment, I had a challenge to upload it in mancosa portal as it was not functional , and I used mancosa email to send my assignment on a due date.I did informed them regardingI my challenge of uploading, inspite of that communication they don't want to accept their shortfall.Im very disappointed on how they handle this matter. They say "we will take you there" but they want to frustrate us further.
