Unfair service at Sobert Salon

Sobert Salon Polokwane offering terrible service. Went in for a 15:00 appointment on Saturday the 16th March '24, I arrived early and waited for my turn. At 15:05 other clients arrived and were attended to. At 15:18 no one had attended to me, on enquiry I was told that the lady allocated to me was still busy. There were other ladies who were free to assist and yet I was made to wait. I left the salon without any form of assistance or apology. No one came to explain instead other clients who arrived after me were attended to. There was no apology for the delay. It's unacceptable treatment, to think that I travel 2 hours to get to the nearest Sobert salon. I am truly disappointed.
