Very poor customer service

Last night we booked sober chauffeur. We were 5 people in the bakkie at full capacity with a person that just got a knee operation 2 months ago that needed more space. When the ride arrived we were not allowed to drive with the other driver following us home and we all needed to fit into the one car. We tried to avoid breaking the law, and not drink and drive, but then the car was over capacity, and the service actually defeated the purpose.

No information was provided before we ordered the ride that one could not drive with the second driver following us (not making a difference at all) and also that they can't accommodate 5 people, otherwise we would have rather used Uber/bolt. That can accommodate 5 people comfortably

Very very disappointed with the service and poor customer care. Would not recommend this company! Not taking care of their customers and definitely not putting their customers safety first
