Man! Am I glad I did not wake up in prison this morning..

<p>Yesterday afternoon I made a booking with Sober Chauffeur to pick us up in Table view for later in the evening.</p> <p>Soon they phoned me back with a quote and sent me a booking confirmation via sms.</p> <p>I asked the lady if I had to give her a pickup time , to which she rep**** " no, I simply have to phone about a hour in advance before we want to leave.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Here's the thing..a one way ticket home from tableview to Durbanville was R425!! I did not complain about this because ultimately that R425 would get myself and my husband safe back home. THE WHOLE IDEA WHY PEOPLE USE SOBER CHAUFFEUR!! </p> <p>When I phoned for our pickup 1:23 am the lady said she will phone me back. She phoned me back 1:41am to inform me very politely that " sorry we don't have driver's available for you"</p> <p> </p> <p><br />The whole point of a service like this business is to keep intoxicated people off our roads!</p> <p>It is also an immense responsibility for any business to offer such a service. </p> <p> </p> <p><br />My husband drove back home last night..something we never do. So many things could have happened on our way back as we were both way over the limit.</p> <p>I woke up this morning, realising the extend of how utterly ************* and most of all how UNSAFE sober chauffeur really is!.</p> <p>You are literally playing with people's lives!</p> <p>Do you have no IDEA the importance and responsibility of your service??</p> <p> </p> <p><br />SHAME ON YOU!!</p> <p>You do not deserve to be in business, or make a living from this.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />And by the way years ago a friend also booked your service..and you didn't show up that night. I never made use of you again and eventually thought, they probably pulled up their socks..and maybe it was just a once-off thing. Clearly not!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I hope the right person reads this, and that somehow you can realize how unacceptable last nights Sober Chauffeur services was.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />My stomach is still turning at the thought of what could have gone wrong.</p> <p>Needless to say I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF SOBER CHAUFFEUR AGAIN. </p> <p>I will also make it my mission to warn other people of just how dangerous and ************* your business is.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> </p>
