They Break Stuff

2 weeks back I went to these guys as I've been there a couple of times before and impressed with their washing. After the wash I got into the car and when reversing I realized the rear view mirror had been adjusted and couldn't see behind the car, I tried putting it back in position but when I touched it everything fell apart and there were electric wires haning out and called the guys who washed the car and they all denied touching the mirror besides the fact that I found it out of position. I called the owner and he just tried putting it back but could see it wasn't back to normal as I could see some wires still, this morning I hit a pothole and the mirror just broke out again and I'm so heart broken ????????
