Extremely poor service and communication

I've never had to write a bad review before but I have had it with So Smitten! This is the second time that I've ordered certain items from them. There is absolutely NO COMMINUCATION from their side, you as the customer need to follow up on progress. She NEVER answers her phone.. I've order a cake knife for my wedding on the 6th of November 2021.. There is a type of RUST on my cake knife. I did not receive everything that I ordered.. When I try to phone or when I send messages, they simply get ignored.. This is VERY POOR service!!!!!!
