<p> a Couple of months back my wife took out a new cellphone contract, without knowing about this R49 deductions that would take place. No one informed her about this and what she would be getting. I think this is ********l from Vodacom and So Music deducting money from an account without the user knowing. </p> <p>This service should be stopped immediately and money should be refunded.</p>

I'm still waiting on the feedback after the phone call. No one has come back about the telephonic discussion whereas they would go listen to the telephonic discussion. I still want to understand how exactly you were able to setup a debit order without us signing up.
