unauthorized debit orders - incorrect refund

Good day,<br> <br> According to my records almost R1000 have been paid to So Music without my permission over a number of months.<br> <br> The refund from SoMusic was less than 20% of that amount.<br> <br> This i do not understand. I've followed up with all the relevant parties as per SoMusic's advice, however it just came back to services for SoMusic, which I never used, or even aware of since I did not sign up!<br> <br> Please help in getting this issue resolved
