Unauthorized Debit order by Somusi

I used to get a debit order of R69 luckily it was successfully disputed with the help of my bank, and now my mom is experiencing the same issue where by Somusic is debiting R64 every month FNB tried to track them they don't answer nor do they respond... we were advised to dispute the transaction once it happens, we have been disputing the debit order every month surprisingly they took the R64 both on 14th and 23 July 2021. I would like a way forward do I open a case against them because there was no form of communication regarding So music it seems like a **** my mother is very particular and aware when ever she gets into any form of binding/agreement or contact. Please help on what to do next if any one is experiencing the same issue.
